The name alone does not mean the recipe is the same<\/h2>\n

The names of sweets reflect factors such as shape, texture and local customs. They cannot be divided by a single rule, such as \u201ca sabl\u00e9 always uses these proportions\u201d or \u201cevery galette is thick-baked.\u201d For example, the word galette covers baked goods like the Galette Bretonne as well as dishes made with buckwheat flour, among others.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
