Hello everyone, this is Cafe & Sweets Parade Kyoto! We are pleased to announce that we have launched our official brand website.<\/p>\n

We are a cafe & sweets shop with a physical store in Fushimi, Kyoto, selling baked goods, fresh pastries and other sweets for takeout and eat-in. It has been about 3 years since we opened in 2022. We created this website so that more people can get to know our shop and enjoy Parade’s sweets even more.<\/p>\n

On the official brand website, in addition to introducing our product lineup, we plan to make the catalogs and posters we have created so far available for download, and to set up a dedicated page and an inquiry contact for those interested in large orders or wholesale.<\/p>\n

About Cafe & Sweets Parade Kyoto<\/h2>\n

All of Parade’s sweets are carefully handmade from scratch by our p\u00e2tissiers in our kitchen. With the wish to “deliver delicious things that don’t burden your body even if you eat them every day,” we rely on additives as little as possible, and we are particular about our ingredients, using body-friendly, low-carbohydrate kibi sugar (cane sugar), domestic rice flour (gluten-free), eggs from purely domestic hens, domestic fruit and more.<\/p>\n

We also actively incorporate ingredients from producers working hard in our own area, such as natural honey from Higuchi Apiary (Higuchi Yohoen) near Momoyama-Minamiguchi Station.<\/p>\n

Our lineup, always on sale and served, includes oven-baked cream puffs and shortcake with fresh cream and seasonal fruit, as well as our standard lemon cake, honey madeleines, financiers, sabl\u00e9 diamant, sabl\u00e9 maple, boule de neige, galette bretonne, coffee, etc.<\/p>\n
