At Parade, we offer the \u201cAffogato with Beans from Chomsky Coffee, Kanazawa,\u201d in which hot espresso is poured over our homemade vanilla milk ice cream made with Sakura Tamago eggs from Awaji Island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the coffee, we use dark-roast beans roasted over a direct flame by Chomsky Coffee, a roastery in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture. Their bold richness and toasty bitterness quietly blend with the rich milkiness of Jersey milk. You can also enjoy it together with our signature Sabl\u00e9 Diamant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As time passes, the vanilla slowly melts and the sharp bitterness becomes mellow. In the end, the flavor shifts into something like a rich milk coffee with a deep bitterness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cold and hot. Sweet and bitter. A grown-up affogato in which the boundaries between them gradually dissolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
