Our homemade puff pastry is made with the feuilletage invers\u00e9 method, in which the wheat dough is generously wrapped in butter. Folding the dough again and again creates an astonishing 540 layers. With each bite, the pastry breaks apart with a light, crisp texture, and the aroma of wheat and butter fills your mouth. The star of this mille-feuille is our multilayered homemade puff pastry. So that you can fully enjoy the flavor of the pastry itself, we deliberately bake it on the thick side and finish each mille-feuille individually after we receive your order. This lets you enjoy the light, crisp and crumbly texture that only freshly made pastry can offer.<\/span><\/div>\r\n

The fragrant, well-baked pastry is layered with a rich custard made with plenty of \"Sakura Tamago\" eggs from Awaji Island, light fresh cream and the sweet-tart flavor of juicy strawberries, so that all the elements come together in one harmonious taste. It is served with a juicy strawberry coulis accented with the refreshing aroma of cardamom, and Parade's gently sweet homemade vanilla milk ice cream. You can enjoy it on its own first, and then partway through, enjoy it with the strawberry coulis and vanilla milk ice cream to experience how the flavor changes. Strawberry season will soon be over.
