The G\u00e2teau au Chocolat No\u00ebl is a rich g\u00e2teau au chocolat with the full-bodied flavor of bitter cacao, accented with rum-soaked dried fruit. Made with rice flour, it has a moist texture that gently melts away.<\/p>\n

This g\u00e2teau au chocolat has a gentle melt-in-the-mouth quality within its substantial richness, as the vibrant aroma of fruit and the deep richness of chocolate come together.<\/p>\n
