This year again, we have prepared a special Christmas cake available only at Cafe & Sweets Parade Kyoto.<\/p>\n
This special Christmas-only strawberry shortcake features a fluffy sponge made generously with fresh “Sakura” eggs from purely Japanese chickens and natural Japanese honey from Higuchi Apiary, located at Fushimi-Momoyama Minamiguchi, layered with gently sweet fresh cream made with cane sugar (kibi sugar) and plenty of fresh Japanese strawberries with a good balance of sweetness and tartness.<\/p>\n
