Is the Galette Bretonne available both with and without rum?
Yes. It is available both with rum and without rum. The individually sold Galette Bretonne contains rum. The rum-free version is included in our gift boxes. Please contact the store to ask whether it can be purchased individually.

Flavor, texture and storage
This is a thick-baked cookie from the Brittany region of France, made with a generous amount of cultured butter. Guérande salt brings out its flavor, and it is finished so that a crunchy first bite gives way to a crumbly, melt-apart texture.
It keeps for about 3 weeks. Store in a cool, dark place, and please check the product label for the exact expiration date. Contains eggs, wheat flour, dairy products and almonds.
