What Are Meringue Cookies?
Meringue cookies are sweets made by baking and drying meringue, which is egg white and sugar whipped together. At Parade, we use kibi sugar (Japanese cane sugar) and finish them with a light texture: a crisp first bite, then an airy, fizzy melt in your mouth.

How Are They Different from Regular Cookies?
Whereas cookies are made mainly with flour and butter, meringue cookies are based on meringue, which is made by whipping egg whites. They are known for their texture: they crumble lightly and crisply, then seem to dissolve in your mouth.
At Parade, we sweeten them with kibi sugar (Japanese cane sugar) instead of white sugar. Please check the product page for the ingredients used in the product and for allergen information.
