What does Parade’s Linzer torte taste like?
We combine a crunchy, cinnamon-scented tart crust with a moist almond batter and our house-made framboise (raspberry) jam. It lets you enjoy the toasty flavor of the pastry together with the sweet-tart taste of the jam. Its lattice top and roasted sliced almonds are also distinctive features.
