【Summer Limited】Our New Tropical Mango Passion Fruit Ice Cream with a Hint of Lime Is Now on Sale

A new summer-limited ice cream has arrived from Cafe & Sweets Parade Kyoto, a patisserie in Fushimi-Momoyama, Kyoto.
This time we have prepared “Tropical Mango, Lime, and Passion Fruit Ice Cream,” which layers the rich sweetness of mango with the refreshing taste of tropical fruit.

We paired a milky, smooth mango gelato with a rich mango sorbet that tastes like the fruit itself. A mellow gelato, and a sorbet that lets you enjoy the concentrated, rich fruitiness of mango.

By layering these two different preparations, we have created a dish that gives the rich flavor of mango more dimension.

To this we added sweet-tart passion fruit.
Its vibrant aroma and the popping texture of its seeds serve as accents, adding a light change of pace to the sweetness of the mango.

We also added lime juice to give the rich flavor a clean, crisp finish.
A refreshing aroma spreads with every bite, leaving a pleasant aftertaste at the end.

Letting you enjoy plenty of tropical fruit, this ice cream is perfect for the hot season.
