Born from our customers’ voices:
the white no-bake cheesecake
“Cœur Blanc”
“Do you have any cheesecake?”
We have finally completed a cake that answers this question, which customers have asked us many times. Introducing “Cœur Blanc,” a no-bake cheesecake that has joined Parade’s lineup as a new signature item.

Our goal was a no-bake cheesecake in which you can clearly taste the richness of the cheese, yet with a light aftertaste that makes you want to eat it again and again.
We also wanted to create a smooth texture that melts away in the mouth without relying on gelatin, by drawing on the qualities of the cheese and dairy products themselves. We wanted it to be something that people with gelatin allergies and those who avoid animal-derived gelatin could also choose. Our pastry chef adjusted the recipe little by little and made trial batch after trial batch, finally arriving at a flavor we were satisfied with. When you put your fork in, it is soft, and it slowly melts away in your mouth.

“Cœur Blanc” means “white heart” in French. We gave it this name because of the way a vivid framboise filling is quietly tucked inside the pure white no-bake cheesecake. We make it with the aim that it fits not only special occasions but also everyday tea time, and that, rather than leaning only toward richness, it is something you want to eat again and again.
It is currently available on weekends only. Since we began selling it, many customers have already picked it up, and we have received happy feedback. Going forward, we will gradually develop it as one of Parade’s signature products.
*Contains honey. Do not give to infants under 1 year of age.

“Cœur Blanc” is the signature no-bake cheesecake of Cafe & Sweets Parade Kyoto, a pastry shop in Fushimi-Momoyama, Kyoto. “Cœur Blanc” means “white heart” in French. We named it after the way a vivid framboise filling is quietly tucked inside the white, understated no-bake cheesecake. We wanted it to suit not only special occasions but also everyday tea time. This is Parade's white no-bake cheesecake, created with the aim of being something you want to eat again and again.
