Newsserved with house-made marmalade made with blood oranges from Wakayama, crème chantilly,
and multifloral honey from Higuchi Apiary.
An eat-in-only plate of two kinds of oven-baked scones and Japanese black tea, served with house-made marmalade made with blood oranges from Wakayama, crème chantilly, and multifloral honey from Higuchi Apiary.
The toasty aroma that comes from oven baking brings out the flavor of the wheat and butter, leaving the scones fragrant and crisp on the outside and fluffy and moist inside. The plain scone is simple, and that simplicity lets you fully enjoy the rich aroma of the wheat and the natural flavor of the ingredients.
The caramel walnut whole wheat scone is accented by a crunchy texture from caramelized walnuts combined with coarsely ground graham whole wheat flour. Bittersweet caramel and the toasty notes of the wheat come together in this deeply flavorful scone.

The toastily baked pie is filled with a rich custard made with plenty of “Sakura Tamago” eggs from Awaji Island, together with light fresh cream. Layered with the sweet-tart flavor of juicy strawberries, it comes together as a harmonious whole.
We have added a juicy strawberry coulis accented by the refreshing aroma of cardamom, along with Parade’s house-made vanilla milk ice cream with its gentle sweetness. You can first enjoy it on its own and then, partway through, enjoy it with the strawberry coulis and vanilla milk ice cream to experience how the flavors change. Strawberry season has only a little while left. We hope you will enjoy these flavors, available only at this time of year, before it ends.

The warm, freshly baked scones are served with multifloral honey from Higuchi Apiary and a generous helping of smooth, lightly sweet fresh cream. Adding the seasonal, limited-time marmalade made with blood oranges from Wakayama brings together the gentle sweetness of the honey, the mellowness of the lightly sweet cream, and the bittersweet, refreshing finish of the citrus.
You can first enjoy the flavor of the scones themselves, and then take your time savoring how the taste changes as you add the honey, cream, and marmalade a little at a time.
