2026.02.19
NewsOn the last day of February’s three-day weekend, we will sell a limited quantity of canelés in store from 12:00 on Monday, February 23 (national holiday)!
Our “Canelé Day,” held irregularly and mainly on Saturdays and Sundays, is always very popular, and the canelés sell out soon after sales begin, so if you definitely want to buy some, we recommend coming to the shop early!
We would be delighted if you came to the shop for our canelés♪

A grown-up sweet filled with the flavors of browned butter and aromatic rum.
The canelé is a traditional baked sweet handed down at a monastery in France’s Bordeaux region. Named after its fluted, bell-shaped appearance, it was given a name from the French word meaning “fluted.”
Crisp and fragrant on the outside, it is made inside with high-quality “Sakura” eggs from purely Japanese-bred hens and vanilla, and baked to a gently sweet, chewy, and soft texture. Although it uses simple ingredients, please enjoy the carefully crafted flavor of our canelés, made by hand one by one.
* Warming it briefly in a toaster oven makes the caramelized surface even crispier, with a texture and aroma close to freshly baked, so we recommend it!
